Check in
At City Hotel Amsterdam we offer check-in from 14.00, but if the room is ready upon your arrival, you are welcome to check-in before. If, on the other hand, the room is not ready when you arrive, you can store your luggage with us at no charge until the room is available.

During the check in you can pay cash or debit/credit card or pre-pay your booking in advance.

Check-out
Check-out is at 12.00 at the latest. Similar to check-in, you have the option to store your luggage when checking out.  

Parking
Our hotel has no parking facility. Because it is expensive to park in front of the hotel we advise this parking facility which is 10 minutes walking distance from our hotel:

It costs 37.50 EUR to park your car for 24 hours.

You pay € 6 per hour for the first 6 hours of parking. After 6 hours (up to 24 hours) parking, you pay the discounted daily rate of € 37,50. This build-up is repeated after 24 hours.

With a day ticket for Parking Centrum Oosterdok, you can park your car in Amsterdam city center for a low price. It's ideal for when you go to an event or activity as well.

Currently there are 150 places available every day between € 5 to € 25.

Wheelchair access
We do have wheelchair accessible rooms, however, a few stairs have to be taken at the entrance of the hotel due to the old structure of the building.

Hotel Policies
If you cannot take up your booking, you need to cancel no later than 2 day(s) before your date of arrival. Please be aware of our group's cancellation policy of 14 days.
It is not possible to cancel or change non-refundable reservations.

Smoking and pets are not allowed.

Children
Children under 6 years stay free of charge when using existing bedding.
For older children or adults we charge € 60.00 per person per night for extra beds.
